After earning her Real Estate License in 1999, Tatiana joined Century 21 All Professionals in 2000. Within just a year, she began receiving numerous awards and was inducted into the Century 21 Hall of Fame, an honor she upheld every year while she worked at Century 21.

By 2003, Tatiana became the first woman to earn the #1 Top Seller Award across multiple states and ranked #7 nationwide among all Century 21 agents in the U.S.—a milestone no other woman in the company’s history has achieved.

In 2006, Tatiana founded her own real estate company, where she continues to manage a diverse portfolio of apartment buildings, retail centers, and industrial properties—for both clients and her own investments. Her work is not only transactional but transformational. Among her proudest achievements is her first project at 2121 Butterfield Road in Oak Brook, a signature property she personally designed and developed.
